With an incredible volunteer coordination effort, wonderful educational opportunities, and bags in every boat, the Missouri Stream Team Watershed Coalition has added another achievement to its long list of credentials. The State of Missouri Streams: Summary of Water Chemistry Data, 1993-2010 has been recently released for the public to read. For this Water Wednesday, take some time to explore this document and see what the data can tell you about your region and about our streams and creeks throughout the state. This document represents a major accomplishment in citizen science with all of the samples taken, recorded, and submitted by trained volunteers. Want to know how you can get into the program?
