It’s Watershed’s 40th Anniversary

It's Watershed's 40th Anniversary!

Watershed was established in 1984 to sustain and improve the water resources of our region! Forty years later, our mission is as vital as ever, and we must prepare to meet the challenges of the next 40 years.

We are celebrating this milestone by launching Watershed’s 40th Anniversary Capacity Building Campaign: We aim to raise $2 Million in 2024 through fundraising and grant-seeking. This will increase the capacity of our educational projects and programs, providing support for them to thrive in the future.

This push will benefit our mission and partnerships, helping us match the pace of the environmental challenges we will face in the next 40 years. Over the coming year, we plan to share some important parts of our community’s story, how we’ve made an impact, and how you can get involved through community events, volunteering, and donating

Donate to Protect Clean Water

Please consider an investment in clean water for years to come. Watershed Sustainers are a dedicated family of water warriors who support clean water with automatic monthly or yearly contributions, providing us with a reliable stream of support for projects and education.

Watershed Summer Gala

Celebrate clean water and community with us at our annual Summer Gala at Wire Road Brewing Company!

Our fundraising goal is $80,000 to help support expanding education and outreach efforts and our growing Watershed Conservation Corps and Watershed Natives programs. Please note we have just 150 tickets available for the event.

Donations Making a Difference

Our Lead Donors have already made a big splash in Watershed’s 40th Anniversary Capacity Building Campaign! So far, we have raised over $390,000 to help further our mission through projects and education. We have worked to improve infrastructure at Fellows Lake and the Watershed Natives plant nursery. The Watershed Conservation Gear also got much-needed transportation for their traveling season!
