We have many 2023 highlights to share with you! The year was full of exciting accomplishments that helped us protect clean water and uplift the community.
At the Watershed Center, we strive to provide age appropriate, place-based, education about our water resources. Some groups come to simply enjoy the Valley Water Mill Park, which is open from sunrise to sunset every day (except Christmas). These visitors can learn about the site through interpretive signage and kiosks located around the park.
The Watershed Natives Program cultivates, grows and sells native plants. Native plants are integral to soil health, pollinator and wildlife habitat, erosion prevention, biodiversity, and nutrient runoff reduction. Choosing to purchase Watershed Natives supports watershed health and our educational programs.
