Fellows Lake Fun Day 2024
Get ready for an unforgettable day of outdoor fun and community connection at Fellows Lake! Ozark Greenways, Watershed, and Fellows Lake Recreation and Marina LLC are excited to host Fellows Lake Fun Day on Saturday, September 8th, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This event is a fantastic opportunity for individuals and families to explore the beauty of Fellows Lake while engaging in a variety of exciting recreational activities.
- Kayak and Canoe Rentals: Enjoy Fellows Lake with discounted kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard rentals, available for all skill levels at $20 per paddle craft (kayak, canoe, pedal boat, or stand-up paddleboard.) This is a flat rate for up to 4 hours. You may reserve a paddle craft by calling the Fellows Lake Store, at 417-840-2965. The first 50 boat non-motorized boat rentals will be complimentary – first come, first served!
- No Permit, No Problem! Bring Your Own Boat because all daily permit fees will be waived between 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Bring your boat to the shop for an environmental inspection and the crew will give you a free day pass.
- Guided Nature Hike: Take a scenic hike around the lake’s trails with Jeff of Ozark Greenways at 10 a.m. at Valhalla Trailhead at Gate 5 (6265 N. Farm Road 197).
