RECAP: Recent Realtor Workshop
The James River Basin Partnership, Missouri Smallflows Organization, Greene County, and the Watershed Committee of the Ozarks held an Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Inspection/Evaluation for Real Estate Professionals Workshop on May 2, 2024.
The workshop included a visit to the Onsite Wastewater Training Center, giving developers and real estate professionals the opportunity to learn more about onsite wastewater treatment systems that may be installed at properties they are listing for sale.
Funding for this workshop was provided by the Greene County Environmental Division. The course host was Missouri Smallflows Organization (School #95000). The course was approved by MREC for 3 Elective CEs, meaning realtors could gain credits for attending.
